Job description

Job Title : Real Estate Conveyancer. We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Conveyancer to join our Edmonton team. The ideal candidate will oversee the legal procedures involved in transferring property ownership. This includes contract preparation and review, negotiation of terms, title document research, and ensuring legal compliance. Strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and proficient multitasking skills are essential for this role.

Compensation :

40,000 - $50,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Facilitating real estate transactions, including conducting title searches, preparing legal documents, and coordinating with buyers, sellers, and other parties involved in the process.
  • Liaising with banks, mortgage brokers, and other financial institutions to process mortgage documents and ensure timely completion of transactions.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, clarifying legal procedures, and guiding clients through the conveyancing process.
  • Collaborating with real estate agents, lawyers, and other professionals to ensure smooth and efficient property transfers.
  • Front-end reception.
  • Uploading brokerages agent’s listings.
  • Ensuring all documents pertaining to the closing or intact and ready for processing.

Qualifications :

  • Relevant education or certification in real estate, conveyancing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and conveyancing procedures.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, agents, lenders, and legal professionals.
  • Proficiency in using conveyancing software, document management systems, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and maintain confidentiality.Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the conveyancing process.
