We are currently recruiting aMillwright Lead Handto join this growing this hands-on leadership role you will oversee the installation of grain and fertilizer handling equipment ensuring projects are completed safely efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced millwright who excels in both technical execution and team leadership within the agriculture or industrial sectors.

Millwright Lead Hand Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise a team of installers in the installation of grain and fertilizer handling equipment at client sites.
• Plan and coordinate installation projects ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards.
• Interpret blueprints schematics and technical drawings to guide installation processes.
• Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements and potential challenges.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to any issues that arise during installation.
• Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Train and mentor junior installers providing guidance and support to develop their skills.
• Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving to address any technical issues during installation.
• Maintain accurate records of installations including reports on progress equipment used and any modifications made.
• Operate all types of lifting equipment including forklifts zoom boom and man lifts.
