About the role

Thiess Mount Pleasant Operation is seeking Haul Truck and Multi-Skilled Operators with open cut experience and refined operating skills in Heavy Earthmoving equipment including Cat 793 Haul Trucks Komatsu 930 D10 / D11 Dozers 16 & 24 Graders 994 Loaders 777 water cart.

You will be required to work on a rotating lifestyle roster 5 / 4 4 / 5 5 / 5 that includes day night and weekend work.

About you

• Proven abilities in operating heavy earth moving machinery in a mining environment
• Current RPL / competencies to reflect your skill-set to be provided at interview
• Good communication skills with the willingness to be part of a high-performance team
• Commitment to the highest safety community and environmental standards
• Experience in operating large heavy plant
• Initiative and a flexible approach to work with a proactive approach and productive mindset
• Ability to work to direction and be self motivated
