Base pay range

CA$50.00/hr - CA$55.00/hr

Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst within Workday to join one of North America's largest athleisure wear companies. This person will be working as a BA on their Workday system for services delivery based work in the modules Total Rewards, Time and Absence, and Compensation. They are working towards enhancing these modules, and this BA will be responsible for gathering requirements, building stories in an agile framework, process mapping, and communicating with others such as Functional Analysts, Product Managers, and stakeholders across the health and wealth team. This person will be an amazing communicator, a self-starter, and thrive in a team environment.

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years Business Analyst experience
• 3+ years working as a BA on specific HR projects
• Experience with Workday in modules like Time and Absence, Total Reward, and Compensation
• Exceptional process mapping skills
• Proven ability to create clear and detailed business requirements
• Experience in an agile environment
• Proficiency in interviewing stakeholders, with the ability to clearly identify and ask relevant questions
