A day in the life…

• Lead by example, mentoring & inspiring your team on a daily basis.
• Coach your team to achieve & develop their knowledge and skills.
• Lead from the front, providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Create a strong safety mindset with commitment to create a culture of safety within your team.
• Recruit, onboard, and induct high‑calibre new Team Members.
• Be responsible for stock management, ensuring stock is maintained and accurate & the team are aware of stock integrity processes.
• Be proactive in keeping your knowledge up to date on rural supplies, produce, pet care, products, and services we provide.
• Create a fun, supportive culture in‑store where your team loves coming to work every day.
• Pro‑actively support local marketing opportunities and sponsorships.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure this busy site continues to run successfully.
