Job Description
This position of Terminal Manger will be responsible to run the day to day operations of the terminal in Thompson MB and the surrounding service area.
- The candidate must have extensive LTL experience, previous managment role, strong leadership / communication and strong work ethic.
- They must manage internal and external customers relationships and be focused on performance through the KPI monitoring.
- They must work closely with the sales team to grow the market.
- They must be self motivated and promote a safe and positive working environment.
