We are looking for a Financial Service Associate to join our team. This back‑office role requires strong administrative skills along with familiarity of all core aspects of wealth management and investment account types. We are looking for people who are driven, committed, and passionate about what they do. You need to be extremely detail oriented and organized.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist the Tax Department with the compilation of necessary documentation to complete routine tax returns.
• Assist the Will and Estate Department with necessary documentation for routine will and estate plans.
• Assist the Financial Planning Department with required information to create financial plans.
• Assist the Insurance Department with information needed to provide quotes to clients interested in insurance products.
• Review and validate new account documentation.
• Evaluate information from multiple sources ensuring consistency.
• Follow up and report on missing documentation / information.
