Nous recherchons un gestionnaire de comptes motiv pour nous aider conserver et dvelopper des comptes SaaS existants dans le secteur de l'enseignement suprieur. Vous grerez l'ensemble du cycle de vente, approfondirez les relations avec les clients et collaborerez avec des collgues des quipes marketing, ingnierie des ventes et autres pour offrir une exprience client exceptionnelle et atteindre votre objectif de revenus. Si vous avez fait vos preuves en gestion de comptes et en ventes SaaS et que vous aimez dpasser les objectifs nous aimerions avoir de vos nouvelles.



Responsabilits:

  • Planifier et mettre en place une statgie.
  • Dvelopper et excuter des plans de territoire et de comptes pour les clients.
  • Prospecter et btir des relations : Stimuler l'activit sortante par le biais d'appels froid, de rseautage, et de rponse aux leads entrants. tablir des connexions significatives avec les cadres dirigeants et les principaux dcideurs.
  • Prsenter et conclure des accords : Raliser des dmonstrations de produits virtuelles et en direct percutantes, ngocier des accords pluriannuels, et conclure la fois des gains rapides et des cycles de vente longs et complexes.
  • Collaborer travers les quipes : S'associer avec les quipes marketing et pr-ventes pour valuer les besoins des clients et adapter les solutions.
  • Atteindre les objectifs : Dpasser constamment les objectifs d'activit, de pipeline et de revenus en adoptant une approche de vente axe sur les solutions.
  • Rester inform : Dvelopper en continu vos connaissances sur les produits et rester jour sur les tendances du secteur, les besoins des clients, et les informations concurrentielles.

Participer des vnements : Reprsenter Explorance lors d'vnements marketing, de webinaires et de salons professionnels pour accrotre la notorit et gnrer des leads



Ce qu'il vous faut pour russir dans ce rle :

  • Exprience avre : 5 ans ou plus d'exprience en ventes SaaS avec une russite avre dans la gestion de comptes, la vente incitative/croise aux clients, et l'atteinte ou le dpassement des quotas de vente.
  • Mentalit stratgique : Capacit dmontre crer et excuter des plans de vente territoriaux mesurables.
  • Mentalit de chasseur : Proactif, autonome, et motiv pour obtenir des rsultats dans un environnement au rythme rapide.
  • Comptences en communication : Comptences exceptionnelles en communication verbale et crite, avec la capacit de prsenter clairement les concepts techniques.
  • Cration de relations : Solides comptences en gestion des comptes et exprience du dveloppement des relations au niveau excutif.
  • Adaptabilit : Confiance pour prendre des dcisions judicieuses et prosprer dans des environnements dynamiques.
  • ducation : Diplme de licence (BA/BSc) ou quivalent. Disponibilit pour les dplacements : Volont de voyager largement dans toute la rgion.

About the Role:

Were looking for a motivatedAccount Managerto help us retain and grow existing SaaS accounts in the higher education sector. Youll manage the full sales cycle, deepen client relationships, and collaborate with colleagues across marketing, sales engineering, and other teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and reach your revenue target. If you have a proven track record in account management and SaaS sales and you thrive on exceeding targets wed love to hear from you.

What you will do:

  • Plan & Strategize:Develop and execute territory and account plans for clients.
  • Prospect & Build Relationships:Drive outbound activity through cold calls, networking, and responding to inbound leads. Build meaningful connections with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Present & Close Deals:Conduct impactful virtual and live product demonstrations, negotiate multi-year agreements, and close both quick wins and longer, complex sales cycles.
  • Collaborate Across Teams:Partner with marketing and pre-sales teams to assess client needs and tailor solutions.
  • Hit Targets:Consistently exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals by employing a solution-oriented sales approach.
  • Stay Informed:Continuously develop product knowledge and stay up to date on industry trends, client needs, and competitive insights.
  • Engage in Events:Represent Explorance at marketing events, webinars, and trade shows to build awareness and generate leads.

What you need to succeed in that role:

  • Proven Experience:5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a successful track record in managing accounts, up/cross selling clients, and achieving/exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strategic Mindset:Demonstrated ability to create and execute measurable territory sales plans.
  • Hunter Mentality:Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly.
  • Relationship-Building:Strong account management skills and experience developing executive-level relationships.
  • Adaptability:Confidence to make sound decisions and thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Education:BA/BSc degree or equivalent.
  • Travel Readiness:Willingness to travel extensively across the region.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with feedback and measurement solutions in the Higher Education sector
  • Experience working in a dynamic and challenging, growing start-up environment
  • Solid understanding of web, enterprise and SaaS technologies
