Development Coordinator :

Full Time, Salaried ($48,000 - $52,000pa) Hamilton, ON office based.

Executive Summary :

Christians Against Poverty, a Christian organization, partnering with local churches, with a Head Office in Hamilton, Ontario, is seeking a person-first, systems-oriented Development Coordinator (DC).

Reporting to the Operations Director (OD), the DC is responsible for ensuring CAP is continually improving the quality and effectiveness of our fundraising; relationships with supporters and use of our CRM.

You will be joining a growing and dynamic team, dedicated to our mission to inspire and equip church communities to walk alongside people facing financial insecurity, with practical tools and innovative solutions. We do this to demonstrate God's love and compassion for those experiencing poverty.
