Site Superintendent (Commercial & Institutional)

Our client is a well-established general contractor in Sherwood Park, AB, known for strong employee and client relationships, a commitment to safety, and a supportive, family-oriented culture that encourages career growth and work-life balance. They are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead commercial and institutional construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead day-to-day site operations, coordinating workforce, equipment, materials, and trade contractors to meet schedule and profit targets.
• Monitor and manage cost control during construction, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Implement and maintain project-specific Quality Control programs and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and company standards.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Project Coordinators, owners, consultants, inspectors, and trades to resolve issues and keep the project moving.
• Proactively identify, address, and resolve site problems before they impact safety, schedule, or budget.
• Champion a strong safety culture on site and ensure all work is executed in alignment with company health and safety policies.
