Position Overview

As our Customer Service Representative, you will manage the technical, cost, and schedule requirements of assigned contracts while serving as the primary point of contact for customers. You’ll respond to requests, inquiries, and complaints, help resolve commercial issues, and support sales and bidding activities for prospective contracts. Although the role has no direct reports, you’ll play a key part in ensuring company resources are aligned for successful contract execution.

Your Day to Day as our Customer Service Representative

  • Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Assist with sales and bidding activities for new contract opportunities.
  • Negotiate and resolve commercial issues with customers.
  • Coordinate engineering support to ensure timely, contract‑compliant deliverables.
  • Communicate contract requirements to manufacturing and monitor progress to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor project financial performance and take action to meet cost and scope commitments.
  • Set and manage engineering and manufacturing priorities, resolving any conflicts.
  • Collaborate with other divisions to secure support and drive successful contract execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • 10 years of project management experience in construction or manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of the nuclear industry and related projects.
  • Excellent analytical and technical writing skills.

The base salary range for this position in Ontario at the start of employment is expected to be between $85,000 and $126,000 per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided at such time the selected job candidate receives an offer of employment.
