Mount Washington is proud offer our guests top quality outerwear, skis, and snowboards as well as a large selection of lifestyle clothes, outerwear and gear from popular brands like Rossignol, Burton, Helly Hansen, The North Face, Dakine, Smith, Coal Headwear, and Bula.
As a Retail Sales Representative, you will help our guests purchase the gear they need while providing excellent customer service in a fun, positive, and safe working environment. No experience necessary. We will train you.

Responsibilities :
- Greet guests and provide them with a positive and informative retail experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale system to sell retail products.
- Receive stock and replenish hard and soft goods.
- Dispense tickets and vouchers, and issue or attach accordingly.
- Accurately cash-out after each shift.
- Keep up to date on products and ‘up-sell’ our merchandise.
- Maintain a good general knowledge of the resort and assist guests with information.
- Ensure the safety and security of the resort, co-workers and guests by adhering to safety rules and regulations.
Other tasks as required.
