As a Retail Sales Representative, you will help our guests purchase the gear they need while providing excellent customer service in a fun, positive, and safe working environment.
No experience necessary. We will train you.
We have great benefits! These include free shuttle bus access, a lift pass, food and retail discounts, and free lessons and rental equipment.
And our starting wage is $17.65 hour!
Responsibilities :
- Greet guests and provide them with a positive and informative retail experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale system to sell retail products.
- Receive stock and replenish hard and soft goods.
- Dispense tickets and vouchers, and issue or attach accordingly.
- Accurately cash-out after each shift.
- Keep up to date on products and up-sell’ our merchandise.
- Maintain a good general knowledge of the resort and assist guests with information.
- Ensure the safety and security of the resort, co-workers and guests by adhering to safety rules and regulations.
Other tasks as required.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications :
- Serving It Right certification for selling alcohol.
- Must be at least 19 years old.
- Excellent organization and guest service skills.
- Competent with computers and numbers.
- Able to work a minimum of once a week including nights and holidays; having a flexible schedule is a definite asset.
- Able to respond calmly, quickly, and effectively to urgent requests.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift and carry a minimum of 15 kg.
- Prior retail experience is an asset but not required.
