What will your typical day look like?

As a Ceridian Dayforce Payroll Consultant, you will work as part of a collaborative team, supporting senior consultants and engaging directly with clients to analyze and resolve payroll-related issues. You will contribute to system configurations, create functional design documents, and assist in the development of support documentation to meet both current and future business needs. Your day will involve working on the full life cycle of payroll system implementations, including testing, troubleshooting, and training clients on Dayforce functionality. You will also help with project planning and reporting, ensuring deliverables are met within the established timelines. Occasionally, your role may require travel to client sites to provide on-site support as needed.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You have:

  • 4+ years of experience in HCM integrations and data management, with at least 2 years focused on Dayforce or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Dayforce APIs, data import/export tools, and middleware solutions.
  • Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and benefits data structures and business processes.
  • Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and data transformation scripting.
  • Experience with data privacy, security, and compliance best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Dayforce or Ceridian certification(s) preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience with enterprise integration platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato).
  • Familiarity with other HCM, ERP, or payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle).
  • Consulting or professional services background.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
