Occupational Testing Collector – CannAmm Collection Services Team. Promote workplace safety by performing alcohol and drug testing and other occupational health services at a collection site or via a mobile testing unit.

Monday - Friday : 8 : 00 am – 4 : 00 pm
Responsibilities
- Conduct in‑office and mobile drug and alcohol testing, including sample collection, documentation, and specimen shipping.
- Perform additional occupational health assessments (audiometric testing, vision screening, respirator fit testing, spirometry, phlebotomy as needed).
- Participate in rotational 24 / 7 on‑call services and weekday overtime when required.
- Manage front‑desk duties : reception, data entry, donor registration, result tracking, faxing, and copying.
- Coordinate service bookings by responding to requests, arranging testing appointments, and documenting communications.
- Uphold strict confidentiality of all client information and records.
- Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve services and unify team culture.
- Collaborate with team members to solve problems and enhance processes.
Qualifications
High School Diploma (required).CERTIFIED Audiometric, Spirometry, and / or Phlebotomy Technician preferred.Previous customer service experience in a health‑related field is an asset.Ability to travel to other local collection sites as needed.Willingness to obtain DOT Collector certification with BAT Certificate.Reliable transportation and availability to be on‑call during evenings and weekends.Proficiency in English, written and verbal, at a level that enables clear communication.Working Conditions
