SISIP Financial

SISIP Financial offers a full suite of financial solutions tailored to the realities of Canadian Armed Forces members and their families. In addition to conventional insurance, investment, and financial advice products, we provide preventative financial education and counselling to support financial well‑being. Our commission‑free environment and social‑enterprise model help fund programs that benefit the Canadian Armed Forces community. The Role

The Licensed Financial Services Assistant supports advisors assigned by their manager. Responsibilities include proactively calling clients for appointments, preparing for meetings, following up on transfers and transactions, and completing all administrative tasks from start to finish. You will liaise with clients, advisors, and fund companies to facilitate trade requests and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Qualifications

Education, Certifications and Licenses

• College diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Business Administration or a related field, plus several years of experience in office administration, banking, or a related field.
• Mutual Fund License.
• Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Investment Funds in Canada Course (IFC).
