The successful candidate will work closely with a local team of 35 geotechnical staff in Burnaby, supported by a wider, regional team of over 200 geotechnical staff. Our team supports all stages of project delivery with technical expertise in seismicity, transportation and infrastructure, dams, trenchless technologies, rock engineering, and geohazards and geomorphology. Essential qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of engineering (such as Civil, Geotechnical, Geological, or Mining Engineering) from a recognized university.
0-4 years of experience in geotechnical engineering or related services (new graduates are encouraged to apply).
Eligible to register (or already registered) as an Engineer-In-Training with EGBC
Valid Canadian driver’s license with access to a vehicle.
Ability to live and work in Canada.
Residing in British Columbia, or willing to relocate.

Pay Range :
Pay Transparency : In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
