Summary
Reporting to the Director of Surveillance and Gaming Compliance, the Surveillance Manager will play a major role in the operations of the Surveillance Department. The successful candidate will have several responsibilities to ensure operational and employee needs / requirements are met. The position requires a high level of accountability, individual responsibility, and collaboration.

Job Duties
Participate in sensitive investigations, team development and game performance reportingParticipate in game protection tasks and related dutiesComplete investigative reports and required documentsResponsible for people management tasksRequirements
Must be able to pass a criminal background check (licensing requirement)Excellent verbal and written English; report writing skills are essentialMaintain a high level of integrity and be able to hold an AGLC licenseExcellent leadership ability and experience; may require some public speakingAbove average communication skillsPossess average to above average computer skillsCasino and table games protection experience an assetHas good to excellent mathematical skillMinimum 4 years in a related position and a minimum of 1 year in a Supervisory / Management role.The position will require the ability to respond to site quickly in emergencies and may require the candidate to work variable hours, evenings, and weekends.Work Conditions
