What is the opportunity?

The Agile Delivery Manager leverages agile and traditional project management frameworks and practices to lead the delivery of value-driving initiatives. This individual will work with business and technology stakeholders to mobilize roadmaps into execution; communicate risks, assumptions, highlight team and project impediments and champion a culture of continuous improvement within the delivery practice in a fast-paced environment.

What will you do?

• Initiative & Roadmap Delivery
• Facilitate high complexity or multiple medium complexity initiatives from initiation through release, provide oversight to ensure alignment with Agile Project Management practices including, but not limited to project kick-off, sprint, release and deployment planning
• Accountable alongside the team for the achievement of release objectives and results that meet LOB stakeholders’ needs and expectations
• Remove impediments to delivery success through the proactive management of external dependencies, facilitation of team problem-solving, enabling delivery teams to develop new approaches to ongoing challenges
• Manage risk governance processes, operational planning, vendor management, escalate issues through business and / or IT channels where necessary
• Act as the liaison between Ventures and the larger RBC Enterprise on delivery and integration as needed
• Lead without authority, work in an environment of ambiguity and apply flexible / adaptable approaches to solving problems
