Digital Marketing Associate Analyst
Base Pay Range
$25.00/hr - $30.00/hr
The Digital Marketing Associate Analyst will be responsible for providing tactical and executional support for the email and paid media channels with the objective to grow omni‑channel traffic and revenue through brand‑elevating and customer‑relevant marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Complete creative content briefs that support thematic launches, daily promotions and big events that ladder back to brand priorities and financial objectives.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team in adapting and executing creative assets.
- Ensure product representation reflects Canada assortment and current in‑stock position.
- Partner with vendors to set up and QA email campaigns as well as traffic paid media creative assets.
- Develop compelling and impactful email subject lines and ad copy that drive customer engagement with the brand.
- Input and maintain weekly marketing performance reports.
- Work closely with US partners & cross‑functional areas to effectively read and react to drive the business.
- Support execution of special projects.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years experience working in marketing, in a project coordination role.
- Agility and ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
- High attention to detail with a focus on 100% accuracy.
- Team player with great interpersonal skills and ability to foster relationships with internal & external teams.
- Ability to participate in business meetings and draw conclusions that apply to daily tasks.
- Ability to multitask and project manage key business priorities.
- Innovative mindset with intellectual curiosity.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field is an asset.
