- Deploying and maintaining LAN / WAN and VPN infrastructures across 14 remote locations.
- Administering and securing WatchGuard environments (Cloud, AuthPoint, site-to-site VPNs, firewall rules).
- Managing Aruba networking equipment (switches, APs, Central / HPE GreenLake) and VLAN architecture.
- Diagnosing and resolving complex network incidents in collaboration with on-site staff.
- Guiding non-technical personnel remotely through troubleshooting steps and equipment resets.
- Leading or contributing to infrastructure projects related to network optimization, redundancy, and security.
- Documenting network architecture, standards, and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with industry best practices and cybersecurity requirements.Profil recherché (en)You're a seasoned, detail-oriented Network Analyst who thrives in dynamic, multi-site environments and values collaboration and autonomy.What we're looking for :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in a similar role focused on network administration.
- Strong knowledge of WatchGuard, Aruba, VPNs, VLANs, and Microsoft (Server, Active Directory, Azure, O365).
- Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware) and storage (NAS / SAN).
- Familiarity with key protocols (DNS, DHCP, HTTPS, FTP, LDAP, SMB, NFS).
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to remote Northern Quebec sites (by plane).
- Analytical mindset, autonomy, and reliability.Assets :
- Knowledge of PacketFence, print servers, or monitoring platforms.
