Job Title : Clinic Integration Coordinator
Reports to : Director of Integration
Location : Remote with travel as required
Job Summary :
The Clinic Integration Coordinator is responsible for onboarding of newly acquired partner clinics into CPP's network. Starting in advance of the clinic joining CPP, the Coordinator will work closely with CPP's Operations and M&A teams to transition the partner clinic into CPP's processes and familiarize them with CPP's available resources. In addition, the Coordinator will help diligence the clinic's data, systems, and operation.
The Clinic Integration Coordinator will guide clinics through a detailed, structured process to ensure a smooth transition. Upon completion, they will deliver a thorough recap of the integration process to the operations team, enabling effective ongoing management.
This position requires a professional, detail-oriented, and self-driven individual with the ability to manage concurrent work streams independently and foster interpersonal relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
Clinic Integration Management :
- Serve as the primary contact for newly partnered clinics throughout the integration process.
- Manage and track all integration activities, maintaining thorough documentation and adhering to established timelines.
- Collect and organize clinic data, including financial, operational, and administrative information, ensuring all details are accurate and comprehensive.
- Transition clinic operations, workflows, and systems to align with CPP standards.
- Conduct regular progress check-ins with clinic stakeholders & leadership team providing updates, addressing concerns, and aligning on goals.
- Assist with the migration of clinic operating systems, such as scheduling software , and EMR patient management tools, to CPP's systems.
- Align HR, operational, and financial policies / adjustments with CPP standards, focusing on compliance, efficiency, and risk reduction.
- Build trust and rapport with clinic owners, staff, and other key stakeholders, acting as a dependable resource throughout the integration phase.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all parties , ensuring clinic partners feel the process was collaborative .
Qualifications :
University or an equivalent undergraduate degreeExperience in data collection, project management, or client relationship management roles.Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multi-step processes independently.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated success in relationship building and stakeholder engagement.Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving capabilities, both quantitative and qualitative, and the ability to proactively address problemsFamiliarity with MedSpa or medical clinic operations is preferred but not required.Willingness to travel regularly throughout the United States and CanadaWhy Join Us?
