Your function
I am currently recruiting an Electrical Engineer for one of my clients, a manufacturing company in the electrical energy sector, located in Chambly - Permanent position 40h / week - day shift - Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks :
- Build design projects in the fields of energy storage and renewable energies.
- To this end, you will analyze energy requirements, draw up electrical plans, functional diagrams and dimensioning of energy storage systems.
- Ensure system control and protection drawings
- You are responsible for the progress of the project and sub-projects (quality, costs, deadlines).
- Participate in the automation and programming of equipment according to customer requirements

Your profile
Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical design in the manufacturing sectorBachelor's degree in electrical engineering - ING designation requiredKnowledge of production equipment, microgrids, electrical networks and renewable energiesExperience in electrical panel design (schematics, commands, power, relays, control, power circuits)Knowledge of automation (drawings, diagrams) and systems integrationKnowledge of health and safety regulations, IEEE, CSA and UL standardsSalary : $80k - $110k - depending on experience - face-to-face position with flexible working hoursMonday to Friday day shift - full insurance, RRSP and other benefits
