Direct Reports : Marketing Coordinator, Public Relations Coordinator

Location : Greystone

Hours : 1.0 FTE Full-Time, 37.5 hours / week

  • Position Summary

    As a member of the Insight Medical Imaging Senior Management Team, the Marketing Manager will report to the VP Finance & Corporate Services and will be responsible the supervision of all marketing efforts. As the manager of Insight's marketing department, and steward of the Insight brand, the job will require developing and executing strategic marketing plans for the organization. The Marketing Manager will serve as the subject matter expert in all marketing related activities with the objective to grow current and new market share.

    Major Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a marketing strategy that includes market research, brand development and consistency that aligns with the corporate-wide objective of greater market share through improved brand awareness and engagement with patients and referring providers to improve clinic referral rates.
  • Work with Insight's Senior Management Team to promote and manage guiding principles for transparent and consistent communication throughout the organization
  • Ensure all products, services, and other offerings conform to brand identity through ongoing brand management and refinement.
  • Create, manage, and maintain a yearly marketing budget
  • Act as the project manager for Insight Medical Imaging's continuing medical education events and Lunch & Learns for local physicians
  • Promote the brand by creating relationships with organizations that align with Insight's core values via sponsorships and events
  • Ensure Insight is well represented at recruitment events and other tradeshows by working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that brand and messaging are consistent
  • Create and maintain relationships with vendors
  • Participate in weekly Senior Management meetings
  • Additional Ad Hoc projects and assignments as needed
  • Managerial

  • Supervision and management of team members, including coaching and mentoring of marketing staff
  • Be a role model for company culture
  • Performance management reviews for staff, including evaluations, goal setting, and staff discipline
  • Involved in the hiring of new marketing team staff, including preparing requests for new staff, interviewing, and approving offer letters
  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships with all support departments
  • Prepare and deliver reports on the status of all marketing programs and initiatives
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet the company's core values
  • Additional Ad Hoc projects and assignments as needed
  • Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge

  • Excellent at developing and building interpersonal relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Focused attention to detail
  • Experience developing long term strategic marketing plans
  • Motivated and self-directed; can work independently or in a team environment
  • Experience in Salesforce is desired, but not required
  • Superior analytical skills and ROI analysis; Google AdWords, Analytics, and Tag Manager
  • Excellent social media acumen
  • Familiar with marketing funnel and experience developing campaigns that address all funnel stages
  • Experience with review and reputation management is crucial
  • Qualifications

  • University or college degree with a specialization in marketing, or extensive equivalent experience
  • Proven track record expanding brand through various forms of expression
  • 7-10 years in marketing roles; 5 years in a management position or escalated responsibility
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
