Salary Range : $125000 $145000as base depending on overall experience bonus benefits other greatcompany perks. OTEs for this role are about 160180k totalcomp.

Job Description

What Youll Do :

In this role you will collaborate with senior leadershipteam members across the organization managing diverse projectsspanning various areas including :

Market Assessment andAnalysis : Conduct thorough industry and trendresearch market analysis and market sizing to address businesschallenges evaluate potential M&A targets and support Sales andMarketing growth for company investments.

Competitive LandscapeAssessment : Synthesize competitor data to providestrategic insights based on market research and industryreports.

Reporting andDashboarding : Create insightful reports anddashboards to consolidate key findings and provide datadriveninsights for executive decisionmaking.

Standardization of CriticalKPIs : Recommend design and implement a standardizedset of KPIs to help evaluate key metrics across the portfolio ofbusinesses. Develop reuseable data assets / processes and guidemanagement team of Portfolio companies on how to maintain dataecosystem understand key metrics and interpret results.

Industry Trends and Analysis : Stay abreast of industry trends analyzing data to provideactionable business insights.

DaytoDayResponsibilities :

  • Conduct research and analysis toformulate strategy recommendations.
  • Analyze andsynthesize key insights from diverse data sources to drive strategyand inform decisionmaking.
  • Promote thoughtleadership by developing reuseable dataassets.
  • Support leaders in strategic planningand longterm business strategydevelopment.
  • Collaborate across departmentslike Finance M&A and portfolio teams for indepth research andanalysis.
  • Assess organic growth opportunitiesand contribute to fostering a culture ofinnovation.
  • Undertake any special projects asrequired.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors or masters degree inbusiness economics engineering mathematics philosophy or relatedfields.
  • 5 years of experience in managementconsulting corporate strategy investment banking or a similaranalytical role with a background in the software industry beingadvantageous.
  • Strong strategic thinking skillsto derive and deliver key insights fromdata.
  • Highlevel of competency of datavisualization tools (Power BI is a plus) and proficient in Exceland PowerPoint for effective reporting.
  • Soundknowledge of business financials andoperations.
  • Ability to build and maintainrelationships at the executive level.
  • Skilledin synthesizing trends and consolidating findings into meaningfulvisually appealing formats for presentations toexecutives.
  • Excellent project management skillscommunication abilities and a selfstarterattitude.
  • High curiosity passion for continuouslearning and creativeproblemsolving.
