    Aperçu du poste

    À titre de Gestionnaire du développement des affaires chez Stay22 vous serez responsable de bâtir et de développer des relations au sein du segment PME à mid-market avec un focus particulier sur les éditeurs en ligne.

    Ce poste sadresse à une professionnelle de la vente en cycle complet qui sépanouit dans un environnement startup et souhaite avoir un impact immédiat. Vous travaillerez directement avec des décideurs incluant des directeurs et des membres de la haute direction en utilisant des outils comme SEMrush pour identifier des prospects effectuer de la prospection à froid et conclure de nouveaux partenariats.

    Responsabilités principales

    Prospection et génération de leads

    Identifier et qualifier de nouvelles opportunités daffaires à laide doutils comme SEMrush de la prospection à froid et dapproches multicanaux (téléphone LinkedIn courriels réseaux sociaux).

    Exécution des ventes

    Gérer lensemble du cycle de vente du premier contact jusquà la conclusion avec un accent sur les éditeurs en ligne dans les secteurs du voyage et du commerce de détail.

    Développement de relations

    Interagir avec des contacts de niveau direction et C-suite afin détablir Stay22 comme un partenaire de confiance dans lécosystème de laffiliation.

    Expansion de marché

    Contribuer à la croissance stratégique de Stay22 en soutenant notre entrée et notre développement dans les segments du commerce de détail et des activités.

    Croissance des revenus

    Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente en profitant de programmes daccélérateurs pour les performances exceptionnelles.

    Ventes internationales

    Les candidatures multilingues sont fortement valorisées dans le cadre de notre expansion vers de nouveaux marchés internationaux.

    Autonomie et curiosité

    Travailler de façon autonome au sein dune petite équipe agile démontrant curiosité adaptabilité et esprit dinitiative.

    Exigences

    Expérience

    1 à 3 ans dexpérience en vente auprès dune clientèle PME à mid-market idéalement dans le domaine de lédition en ligne ou dans un secteur connexe.

    Compétences en vente

    Succès démontré dans un environnement de vente en cycle complet incluant la prospection les présentations et la conclusion dententes.

    Marketing numérique et affiliation

    Bonne compréhension de la publicité en ligne du marketing daffiliation et des besoins des éditeurs (un atout important).

    Outils

    À laise avec SEMrush les CRM et les approches de vente multicanales.

    Multilinguisme

    Un atout considérable compte tenu de notre présence internationale. Une bonne connaissance de langlais est requise pour communiquer au quotidien avec des clients et collègues à linternational.

    Mentalité startup

    Position overview

    As a Business Development Manager at Stay22 you will be responsible for building and expanding relationships within the SMB to mid-market segment with a specific focus on online publishers. This role is for a full-cycle sales professional who thrives in a startup environment and is ready to make an immediate impact. Youll work directly with decision-makers including directors and C-level executives using SEMrush and other tools to identify prospects initiate cold outreach and close new partnerships.

    Key responsibilities

    Prospecting & Lead Generation : Identify and qualify new business opportunities using tools like SEMrush cold outreach and multi-channel engagement (phone LinkedIn email socials).

    Sales Execution : Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close with a strong focus on online publishers in the travel and retail industries.

    Relationship Building : Engage with director-level and C-suite contacts establishing Stay22 as a trusted partner in the affiliate space.

    Market Expansion : Contribute to Stay22s strategic growth by helping us enter and establish a presence in the retail and activities segments.

    Revenue Growth : Drive revenue through target achievement and overachievement leveraging accelerators for exceptional performance.

    International Sales : Multilingual candidates are highly valued as we expand into new global markets.

    Resourcefulness & Curiosity : Work independently in a small agile team environment demonstrating an inquisitive nature adaptability and a self-starter attitude.

    Requirements

    Experience : 1-3 years selling in the SMB to mid-market segment preferably with experience in online publishing or similar industries.

    Sales Skills : Proven success in a full-cycle sales environment comfortable conducting outreach presentations and closing deals.

    Digital & Affiliate Marketing Knowledge : Understanding of internet ads affiliate marketing and publisher needs is a huge advantage.

    Tools : Proficient with SEMrush CRM platforms and comfortable with multi-channel sales approaches.

    Multilingual : Strong asset given our international presence. English proficiency is required for daily communication with international clients and colleagues.

    Start-Up Mindset : Thrives in a fast-paced startup setting and comfortable with the dynamic demands of a scale-up environment.
