Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Fully embrace the scrum life—daily standups, reviews, and retros—keep it fun and filled with good vibes.
• Team up with brilliant minds to craft web applications that are as functional as they are impressive.
• Write clean, efficient code while embracing the idea that there’s always room to improve, even months down the line.
• Partner with UX designer and product owner to turn wild ideas into functional, eye-catching web magic.
• Ship high-quality updates often, because waiting forever for perfection does not align with your idea of success.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize to ensure everything runs like a dream.
• Stay curious, keep learning, and share your knowledge to help the whole team grow.
• Actively participate in discussions, code reviews, and brainstorming sessions to make every project better.
• Take customer feedback to heart and turn it into features that truly resonate.

Additional Information

This is a mostly work-from-home role, giving you the flexibility to focus and thrive in your own space. While we welcome applicants from across Canada, being based in Calgary is preferred, as we come together for in-person meetings at our downtown office once every week or two. These sessions add a fun, collaborative touch to the work we do, even if it’s just a few times a month.
