Job Description

Job Summary : Truck Driver and Operator is responsible for the safe loading transport and delivery of products while performing pre-operational crane inspections and maintenance. Ensures work areas remain clean and organized and consistently upholds all health and safety regulations. Supports additional operational tasks as needed.

Job Responsibilities

Safely load move and deliver product

Perform pre-operational inspections maintenance checklists clean and lubricate the crane

Maintain clean and organized work environments in the store yard and trucks

Strictly adhere to and comply with all health and safety rules regulations and legislation

Other duties as required

Qualifications

Must have valid insurance acceptable Class 3 CDL and ability to provide current drivers abstract (West)

Must have valid insurable acceptable AZ / DZ license and clean driving abstract (East)

Load securement training (can be provided)

Fall Protection / Working at Heights Training - an asset (can be provided)

First Aid Certificate - an asset (can be provided)

Previous Forklift / Moffett training - an asset (can be provided)

Previous Truck Driver and Operator experience - Preferred

Ability to lift push and carry 80-100lbs repeatedly

Strong customer service skills

Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset
