Job descriptionExperience creating and maintaining automated test scripts using HP VuGen Experience designing, executing and maintaining performance tests for various performance tests types (baseline / shakeout test, load test, capacity test, endurance test, etc.) using HP LoadRunner Experience gathering performance testing requirements (understand realistic system load, identify bottlenecks, etc.) and benchmarks Experience analyzing performance test results and working with development and technical teams to pinpoint problem quires, functions, etc. Experience creating, executing and maintaining automated test scripts and test frameworks using HP QTP / UFT Experience creating status reports, test run analysis reports and final test phase reports Experience leading defect meetings Minimum 5 years of testing experience with at least 3 years of experience as a performance test lead and automated functional test lead SAP performance testing experience SAP automated functional testing experience DB performance testing experience (Oracle, MS-SQL) GIS (Electric Office) performance / automated functional testing experience SharePoint performance / automated functional testing experience OpenText performance / automated functional testing experience ClickSoft performance / automated functional testing experience ESB / SOA performance / automated functional testing experience Net performance / automated functional testing experience AMI (EnergyIP MDMS, Sensus RNI) performance / automated functional testing experience HP ALM (HPQC) experience Mobile browser / application testing experience

One of our Public Sector client is looking for a QA Automation Tester for a Contract opportunity in Regina
Responsibilities : Responsibilities :
- Write and maintain performance test plans
- Gather performance testing requirements (understand realistic system load, identify bottlenecks, etc.) and automated functional testing requirements
- Provide testing task estimates
- Design performance tests for various performance tests types (baseline / shakeout test, load test, capacity test, endurance test, etc.)
- Design, create and maintain automated functional test scripts and automated functional test frameworks
- Design, create and maintain load generation test scripts and load generation infrastructure
- Execute and monitor performance and automated functional tests
- Analyze performance test results and work with development and technical teams to pinpoint problem quires, functions, etc.
- Produce status reports and final test phase reports
- Mentor and train test project resources as required
- Document technology testing best practices
