Registered Pharmacy Technician Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada

The Registered Pharmacy Technician Subject Matter Expert (SME) will support the Medication Management Transformation project by providing expertise in non‑automation processes that impact daily pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

Develop orientation and onboarding materials

Assess and update Pharmacy Technician workflows and guidelines

Support key functions such as : missing medication resolution, DigiSense recalibration, Fluidose software upgrades, and drug dictionary deactivation process
