You will play a pivotal role in Aritzia’s future growth by providing strategic and innovative solutions to support the Marketing department’s business in achieving both short and long-term corporate objectives. THE ROLE As the Director, Business Finance, Marketing, you will lead the team to : * Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.* Be financial leaders in Marketing, partnering to drive profitability through marketing investment strategies, performance metrics, and campaign ROI analysis.* Plan and forecast for Marketing in the short and long term in alignment with departmental and corporate objectives and strategies.* Deliver simple, relevant, and timely reporting and insights to Marketing Leadership, enabling visibility into performance results and supporting decision-making THE QUALIFICATIONS The Director, Business Finance, Marketing, has : * Proven and best-in-class skills, applicable certifications, education and / or experience in : + Finance, Accounting, and Business Analysis in a marketing or retail environment + Marketing performance management and / or revenue growth management + Financial modelling, forecasting, performance reporting, and deriving insights + Simplifying complex financial data for non-financial stakeholders + Leveraging AI, advanced analytics, and reporting tools for decision-making* A commitment to learn, apply, champion and enrich Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles* The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes* The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team* A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value* A deep understanding and commitment for the industry in which we operate THE COMPENSATION The typical hiring range for this position is $150,000-$200,000 CAD per year.
