Lieu : Ontario | Type : Temps plein

ADM est à la recherche d’un(e) directeur(trice) des ventes pour développer et gérer le portefeuille Milling & Baking Solutions en Ontario. Le poste vise la croissance de nouveaux comptes, le développement des relations clients existantes et la promotion des solutions de farines et d’ingrédients spécialisés d’ADM.

Principales responsabilités

• Développer de nouveaux clients et faire croître les comptes existants en Ontario

• Gérer les contrats clients, la tarification et les coûts de service

• Agir comme principal point de contact et conseiller de confiance auprès des clients

• Collaborer avec les équipes ventes, opérations, chaîne d’approvisionnement et services techniques

• Utiliser Salesforce et les analyses de ventes pour soutenir une croissance rentable

• Représenter ADM lors d’événements et de salons de l’industrie

Profil recherché

• Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en ventes (secteur alimentaire, boulangerie ou ingrédients – un atout)

• Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en développement de relations

• Esprit entrepreneurial, autonomie et orientation résultats

• Expérience avec les outils CRM (Salesforce)

• Disponibilité à voyager (25 à 40 %)
