Job descriptionPosition: Employee Benefits Specialist - Pensions Location: Montreal, QCSalary: $52,000 to $58,000 based on experiencePosition Summary:The Employee Benefits Specialist - Pensions will be responsible for handling day-to-day participant and third-party inquiries, as well as performing data administration tasks for all pension plans and related arrangements. This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and a customer-service mindset.Main Duties and Responsibilities:- Respond to participant and third-party inquiries - Create and maintain participant profiles in the system- Process and validate participant forms and related documentation- Input, verify, and maintain data in computerized databases, spreadsheets, or other templates- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered- Prepare and send enrollment packages- Upload, scan, code, and archive participant documents in electronic filing systems- Assist with departmental mailings and administrative tasks- Support special projects and perform other related duties as assignedQualifications and Skills:- Successful completion of post-secondary education- Good knowledge of data administration and participant support services- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills- Strong written and verbal communication skills Language Requirement: English- Required proficiency level: Advanced- Reason for language requirement: Frequent communication with clients, collaboration with internal team members, customer service- Frequency of use: Daily
