Program Manager(Client Services)

About the Job

Engage2Excel is looking for a Client Services Manager (Program Manager). You will be the front‑line customer contact and must establish & maintain an excellent working relationship with the client. You will be responsible for all day‑to‑day functions in maintaining assigned customer accounts while working remotely.

As part of your primary responsibilities, you will :

• Be responsible for the day‑to‑day customer satisfaction of existing accounts. Interacts with program owners, contacts and recipients for problem solving and issue resolution.
• Communicate with recipients on order status, return management, changes, questions, etc.
• Monitor timeliness of data, discuss questions / issues with customer regarding data changes, error reporting, etc.
• Monitor all aspects of customer program to ensure things are running per customer’s expectations, including surveys, website accuracy, non‑responders, manager / recipient emails, solicitation materials shipping on schedule, timely shipping of products, etc.
• Proof customer invoices for accuracy (product pricing, shipping charges, handling charges, sorted per customer’s requirements, etc.).
