We are currently seeking an Intermediate to Senior Marine Biologist to join our Marine Services Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to diverse projects, including environmental impact assessments, habitat restoration, and marine baseline studies.
The successful candidate will be expected to understand regulatory processes and required technical inputs for approvals and reviews related to the Fisheries Act, Water Sustainability Act and other key legislation for work in and around water in British Columbia. They will have demonstrable experience scoping project tasks with assistance from senior professionals and be capable of preparing high-quality deliverables for senior review on time and on budget. They will be capable of managing multiple tasks and assignments and have excellent attention to detail for identifying and tracking requirements from permits, management plans and contract requirements.
