Some Roles and Responsibilities

• Setup and operate total station for layout of road, pipes, and excavation
• Utilize Microstation and InRoads (line work, importing points, and data)
• Organize records, measurements, and other survey information
• Competently calculate layout from digital design files
• Perform construction lay out as required
• Perform quantity survey as required
• Maintain and create site benchmarks as required
• The ability to interpret MTO Contract Documents
• Experience on MTO projects is an asset
• Effective communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills with a high level of dependability.
• Experience with GPS, robotic total stations, levels etc.
• Computer skills and the ability to use AutoCAD, MicroStation, MS Office suite etc.
