As Canada’s leading distributor of electronic vaporizers, we’re seeking a Supervisor, Data & Analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and guide our growing data team. Reporting to the Director of IT, you’ll oversee our data infrastructure, business intelligence tools, and analytics strategies to help us achieve our mission. This role requires you to work on-site for two days in Markham, Ontario.About the Role - Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead the company’s data and analytics strategy to align with business goals.Manage a team of data engineers, analysts, and BI developers.Build and maintain secure, scalable data pipelines and systems.Create interactive dashboards and reports for real-time business insights.Drive predictive analytics and machine learning projects.Implement data governance practices to ensure data quality and security.Collaborate with internal teams to align data initiatives with company priorities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, or related fields; Master’s preferred.8+ years in data and analytics roles, including 3+ years in leadership.Strong technical skills with tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, and ETL platforms.Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.Knowledge of data governance frameworks and familiarity with machine learning solutions.
