Part-Time Accounting Specialist – Construction Industry

We are partnering with a well-established construction company in Corona, seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Accounting Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team, with the potential to transition into a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with certified payroll compliance to ensure adherence to labor laws.
• Process Accounts Payable, including collecting subcontractor conditional and unconditional releases.
• Handle Accounts Receivable, including monthly client billings and invoicing.
• Job Requirements :
• Prior experience in the construction industry is a must.
• Strong knowledge of labor compliance and certified payroll requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Schedule : 16 to 20 hours per week, with potential to become full-time based on performance and company needs.
