Key Responsibilities
- Deployment Oversight : Manage the end-to-end "turn-up" process for new accounts, ensuring a seamless transition from Sales to Delivery.
- Template Stewardship : Own and refine our library of pre-built boards and dashboards. You’ll ensure the team is deploying the right solutions for the right industries.
- Standardized Administration : Oversee the "basics" done perfectly—user permissioning, workspace hierarchy, security settings, and automation recipes.
- Workflow Throughput : Monitor team capacity to ensure high-velocity delivery without sacrificing the quality of the board structures.
- Quality Control : Perform spot checks on delivered instances to ensure they meet our internal "Definition of Done."
- Service Packaging : Collaborate with Sales and Product to define and refine Pre-Packaged Service Offerings , ensuring our scopes are clear, repeatable, and easy to sell.
- Performance Metrics : Take full ownership of CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) Scores and Project Profitability , balancing high-quality delivery with efficient resource utilization.
Your Daily "Board" (Expectations)
Resource Management : Assigning incoming "turn-up" projects to the right Implementation Consultant.Process Improvement : Identifying common friction points in our template deployments and fixing them at the source.Reporting : Keeping leadership informed on "Time to Value" and margin health—how fast we move and how profitable those moves are.Engagement : Reviewing client feedback loops to ensure our CSAT remains at "Power User" levels.Required Skills & Experience
The Power User : Intimately familiar with monday.com, specifically manipulating templates, setting up Column Permissions, and managing the Admin WorkOS.The Scaler : Experience in a high-volume service environment (e.g., an agency or SaaS onboarding team) where speed and repeatability are key.The Technical Lead : Ability to troubleshoot basic logic errors in Automations or Formula Columns to support your team.The Financial Mind : Comfortable managing project budgets and identifying "scope creep" that threatens profitability.The Communicator : You can explain "monday speak" (Groups, Pulses, Mirrors) to a client in plain English.Preferred Qualifications
