Role Summary

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our Finance team and oversee all accounting operations while supporting financial planning and analysis. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic startup environment. Your days will be fast-paced and filled with ever-evolving challenges (and pooches)!

Key Responsibilities

General Accounting

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations including accounts receivables accounts payables payroll sales and inventory
• Manage and oversee all financial reporting processes including preparing the monthly financial reporting package and maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records
• Lead audit compliance and covenant reporting processes
• Liaise with tax advisors to ensure timely completion of all filings
• Oversee payroll administration including employee expense management
• Directly manage and support an Accounting Specialist and AP Specialist providing coaching and guidance on key accounting procedures
