Responsibilities

Proven experience leading data migration from SAP ECC PA / OM into SuccessFactors Employee Central, including developing the data strategy and data plan.

The candidate must have hands-on experience extracting data from SAP ECC PA / OM, transforming it into the SuccessFactors EC format, loading it into EC, and validating the migrated data end-to-end.

For a lead role, the candidate must demonstrate prior experience leading a data team and performing QA oversight of the team’s work, and must have served as an Employee Central module lead on a prior implementation.

Employee Central certification is mandatory.
