Overview :

Our client—a growing organization—is seeking an entrepreneurial, hands-on, and systems-savvy Interim Controller. The ideal candidate will work closely with ownership and a small accounting team to ensure a smooth year-end close, drive process improvements, and support ongoing ERP improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and support the year-end close and financial reporting
• Review the work of accounting team members to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to best practices.
• Monitor and optimize accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow
• Prepare and present monthly and year-end financial reports and analysis
• Ensure inventory and cost accounting processes are robust and reconciled
• Communicate effectively with owners and team, modeling a hands-on, collaborative, and entrepreneurial approach
