Compensation and Benefits :

• We are proud to offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package with a starting hourly wage of $24.75 - $25.75 per hour
• All of our employees work directly for True Mechanical – we promote from within and encourage future career progress.
• True offers 8 pay levels throughout your apprenticeship and 7 levels of career progression beyond Journeyperson with defined and transparent remuneration.

Experience :
