We're looking for a BC-based Agrologist / Agronomist Project Manager to lead sustainable residuals management projects and help SYLVIS Make Waste History. If you have a strong agronomy and project management experience, enjoy building relationships with clients and landowners, and thrive delivering results on time and on budget, this is your opportunity to make an impact. You'll manage large-scale projects, mentor team members, and apply science-based solutions for biosolids, wood ash, and other residuals.

Agrologist / Agronomist Project Manager Position

The BC-based Agrologist / Agronomist Project Manager position is an opportunity to join a growing team of professionals passionate about the SYLVIS mission to Make Waste History through sustainable residuals management. With proven agronomy experience in soils and fertilization and strong project management skills, this role will be responsible to manage large client-based projects implementing the beneficial use of biosolids and / or other residuals (wood ash, pulp and paper residuals, etc.). The Agrologist / Agronomist Project Manager will be empowered to lead their project teams with a high level of autonomy to deliver exceptional results on time and on budget. They will use their experience in agriculture and exceptional communication skills to build rapport with clients, land partners, and agricultural producers.
