Customer Engagement
• Utilize our CRM system (Service Assistant) to log calls, update customer accounts, and maintain accurate records.
• Contact customers to notify them of upcoming services, process data entry, and link relevant documents to customer profiles.
• Manage inbound and outbound emails, calls, and text messages professionally and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and text (Captivated) to address inquiries and concerns.
• Identify customer needs, build strong relationships, and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure prompt follow-up to customer queries and voicemails to enhance customer experience.
• Train new team members on key systems such as HubSpot, Captivated, Shopify, and RingCentral.

Sales & Lead Management
• Handle new lead prospects using HubSpot, including property measurements and follow-ups through multiple channels.
• Convert leads into sales by engaging with both potential and existing customers via phone, email, and text.
• Recommend additional NutriBuzz services that align with customer needs to drive sales growth.
• Support the team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets through proactive engagement.
