Job Description
The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) acts as a link between business needs and technological solutions. He or she analyzes processes, defines functional requirements, and supports the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's business systems.
Responsibilities :
- Requirements Analysis : Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements. Translate these requirements into functional and non-functional specifications aligned with company objectives.
- Process Optimization : Analyze existing processes, design improved solutions, and recommend optimizations based on data, feedback, and operational efficiency.
- Documentation and Testing : Produce and maintain key documentation (requirements, process flows, use cases, test scenarios). Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Solution Design and Evolution : Collaborate with IT teams and business units to design scalable solutions. Oversee system updates, maintenance, and the system lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Facilitate workshops and ensure communication between users, IT, and external vendors.
- Change Management and Training : Contribute to change readiness, knowledge transfer, and user training.
- Data and Integration : Support data mapping and validation, ensuring consistency and quality across platforms.
- Support : Provide Level 3 support for complex issues and act as the point of contact with vendors for Level 4 support.
