Assistant Property Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Property Manager with a strong background in property management to join our team in Burlington. The ideal candidate will have experience with Yardi and a passion for advancing their career in property management. This is a fast-paced industry requiring a fast-paced individual who is eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities :

• Must have Yardi experience.
• A Limited License is considered an asset.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Willingness to provide support to the Property Manager.
• Ambition to advance within the property management field, with aspirations to move into a managerial role.
• Ability to thrive in a high-demand, fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will primarily work from a site office, with weekly visits to the Head Office.
