Richelieu Hardware is looking for a Customer Service Representative at our Victoria, British Columbia location.

More specifically, the main responsibilities of the position are to

• Kindly greeting and answering customer inquiries at our customer service counter.
• Respond, communicate, and provide timely information by phone or email.
• Assist customers by processing orders, product returns and claims, and picking orders as required.
• Ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction while delivering best–in–class experience.
• Maintain showroom by keeping shelves stocked and faced, routinely cleaning displays, and ensuring floors and aisles are kept clear.
