• You will be responsible for answering all calls and responding to member inquiry emails for the YMCA of Southern Interior BC Health Fitness & Aquatics centres
• Provide assistance to members and guests and direct calls accordingly
• General office duties such as filing system maintenance and general typing / keyboarding
• Support the administration customer experience and / or operational effectiveness of the Health Fitness & Aquatics facilities
• Support teams and departments with administrative transactions such as cancellations holds membership sales program configuration account maintenance financial assistance fitness child & youth and aquatics registrations.
• Use software applications such as but not limited to : ActiveNet CLASS MINDBODY EPACT Survey Monkey
• You have the ability to work within a busy customer centered environment managing several tasks simultaneously and working through conflict resolutions
• Support and promote volunteerism and philanthropy
