Job Details

Position : Bilingual Service Availability Representatives

Location : London, ON (Onsite)

Contract Period : 24 months with potential to convert

Pay Rate : $23.50 per hour, with variations based on shift ( Standard, 2nd Shift, Overnight )

Shift Schedule : Rotational shifts (able to work all 3 shifts), including overnight, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via phone and email
• Log tickets with detailed problem documentation
• Escalate incidents and follow up with internal teams
• Identify and escalate high-impact issues
• Monitor support trends and recommend improvements
• Build proficiency across tools and technologies over time
