Key Responsibilities :

  • Conference Prospecting : Research and identify key conferences and events that align with our company's vision. Assess potential ROI of participating, including booth exhibitions and speaking opportunities, and keep track of important dates and deadlines. Identify and pitch speaker opportunities for our founder 6-8 months in advance.
  • Outreach : Craft and implement innovative outreach strategies to engage with potential partners and stakeholders. Tailor your communication to effectively convey our company's value and leverage multiple channels such as email, social media, and phone to make meaningful connections.
  • Drafting Follow-Ups : Follow up on initial outreach and meetings with timely and personalized messages. Manage follow-up schedules to ensure sustained engagement and progress in conversations. Keep track of where opportunities are and projected outcomes.
  • Call Coordination : Organize and coordinate calls and meetings with prospective partners. Prepare relevant agendas, materials, and take comprehensive notes to ensure productive discussions and clear action items.
  • Outbound Sales : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic research and outreach. Build and nurture a robust pipeline of partnerships and sales leads, aiming to exceed set targets and KPIs.
  • Materials Development : Develop and refresh sales and partnership materials including presentations, brochures, and proposals. Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain consistent messaging and branding, and customize materials for specific audiences.
  • Initiative and Problem-Solving : Proactively seek out and implement improvements in outreach and sales processes. Take ownership of new projects and responsibilities to drive efficiency and success.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : 1-5 years of post-undergraduate experience in a relevant field.
  • Leadership : Demonstrated leadership abilities, whether through running a club or organization during school or in a recent role.
  • Skills : Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attributes : Self-motivated, thoughtful, and proactive in finding solutions.
  • Tools : Proficiency in CRM software, Canva, Microsoft Office, AI tools, and other business applications.
